Ian is the Founding Artistic Director of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. He has been Artistic Director for a number of theater companies across the country including the National Theatre for Children, Repertory Theater of America and Minnesota Shakespeare in the Park. Ian has directed over 100 professional productions including CSC's productions of Romeo and Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night, King Lear, A Midsummer Night's Dream, The Front Page, Coriolanus, As You Like It, The Comedy of Errors, Macbeth and Cyrano de Bergerac. He is also a playwright and his plays for children have been performed for over a million kids across the country. Ian is a recipient of a Helen Hayes Award and a Telly Award. He lives in Columbia, Maryland with his beautiful daughter Isadora. |

Lesley is former Managing Director and current Vice President of the board of the Lark Play Development Center in New York, is the Treasurer of the Shakespeare Theatre Association of America and is a member of the 2009 class of Leadership Howard County. Lesley has performed in CSC’s productions of Twelfth Night, CSC’s inaugural production (Maria), Romeo and Juliet (Lady Capulet), Comedy of Errors 2003 (The Abbess), Measure for Measure (Escalus), Dog in the Manger (Anarda), Midsummer Night’s Dream (Titania), The Imaginary Invalid (Mrs. Diafoirus), King Lear (Goneril), Henry V (Alice), Macbeth (Lady Macbeth) The Country Wife (Alithea) and Cyrano de Bergerac (The Duenna). Lesley lives in Baltimore with her understanding husband, Scott, and patient 9-year-old son, Addison. |

Tami is skilled as a manager and artist. At CSC, Tami coordinates all programming and elements of production. Before coming to CSC, Tami was Group Outreach Coordinator at Baltimore's CENTERSTAGE.In addition to serving as Event Producer for CSC in the Ruins every summer, she has appeared with CSC as Toinette in The Imaginary Invalid and Stage Managed our production of Taming of the Shrew. She has also appeared in productions of Balm in Gilead, Independence and Vinegar Tom. She holds a M.A. in Media and Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art & Design and a B.A. from the College of Charleston and lives in Baltimore with her husband Courtney and her new son Miles.. |

Kevin is Director of Fine and Performing Arts at TheMcDonogh School in Owings Mills. He holds a Ph.D. in English from SUNY-Buffalo, and has trained at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco. Kevin is the National Chiarman for the Shakespeare Theater of America Association Education Comittee. In addition to performing with CSC, Kevin has worked with many companies while living in Buffalo, including Shakespeare in Delaware Park, the Kavinoky Theatre, The Buffalo Ensemble Theatre, and the Lightsedge Theatre Company. He has performed in CSC productions of The Imaginary Invalid, King Lear, Taming of the Shrew, As You Like It, Henry V and Macbeth. He directed CSC's production of A Doll's House. Kevin lives in Owings Mills with his wife Renee and new son Ethan. |

Pat has appeared or directed in fifteen CSC productions. Highlights include directing Troilus and Cressida (Citypaper's Top Three Productions of 2004), Taming of the Shrew (BroadwayWorld's Best of Summer Baltimore 2006 and The Tenpest. He was awarded Outstanding Performance by an Actor 2005 for his performance as Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream. Other highlights include Henry V (Henry), Macbeth (Macduff), Coriolanus (Coriolanus), Romeo and Juliet (Romeo) and A Doll's House (Torvald). Pat has also directed, taught and acted for a variety of theaters including Heart of America Shakespeare Festival, Repertory Theater of America, Hood College. Pat lives in Cheverly, Maryland with his wife Teresa and new baby boy Finn. |
Jenny Leopold has appeared in CSC’s productions of The Tempest(Gonzalo), The Comedy of Errors (Aemelia), Macbeth (First Witch and Doctor), As You Like It([duchess]Frederick), enry V(Queen Isabel), King Lear(Regan), Taming of the Shrew(The Widow), and Coriolanus (ensemble); and she directed the 2006 workshop production of Love’s Labour’s Lost and 2009’s critically acclaimed production of Twelfth Night. She has also performed with Constellation Theatre in The Good Woman of Szechuan, Inkwell Theatre, in The Kennedy Center’s Page to Stage festival, and Rep Stage in Hamlet. Along with her work in the theater, she teaches English at Howard Community College and serves on the board of the Howard County Arts Council. Dan is CSC's "go-to-guy" and has designed lights, served as set designer, master carpenter, composed music and performed (sometimes all in the same show). He is one
of the original members of CSC. He designed the sets for Dog in the Manger, A Doll's House, The Front Page, Love's Labor's Lost, Comedy of Errors, Much Ado About Nothing and Troilus & Cressida. His lighting designs were featured in Twelfth Night, Comedy of Errors, Love's Labor's Lost, The Country Wife and Troilus & Cressida and he performed as Feste in Twelfth Night, Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet and Hector in Troilus & Cressida and performed and played the banjo in The Front Page. Dan's original music was featured in CSC's 2002 production of Twelfth Night and will be reprised in the 2009 production. Dan resides in Baltimore with his wife and CSC company member Jeannie.

Over the past twenty years, Nathan has had one foot firmly planted on the professional stage while the other one solidly lives inthe academic community. As an asst. professor at in Reading, PA's Alvernia College, Nathan teaches acting, voice an movement. In the past he has been seen as Shylock in The Merchant of Venice and Herb in I Ought To Be in Pictures. Nathan was seen as Argon in The Imaginary Invalid, Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Dogberry in Much Ado About Nothing and Jaques in As You Like It. Nathan is a specialist in eurythmics and the work of Émile Jaques-Dalcroze. He received his PHD in drama from Michigan State University. Nathan lives in Downigntown, Pennsylvnaia with his charming wife Maura.

Kristina Lambdin is CSC's resident costume designer and has designed the much-praised costumes for The Tempest, A Doll'sHouse, As You Like It, King Lear, Taming of the Shrew, AMidsummer Night's Dream, Dog in the Manger, Much Ado About Nothing, and Romeo and Juliet. Kristina is a Towson University costume design graduate, and for nine seasons served as the Costume Supervisor for the Baltimore Opera Company. Her awards include: the 2007 Broadway World Best of Baltimore in Outstanding Costume Design of a Play for Regional Theatre (As You Like It), the 2006 Broadway World Best of Baltimore in Outstanding Costume Design of a Play for Regional Theatre (Taming of the Shrew), nominated for the 2006 Greater Baltimore Theater Awards in Outstanding Costume Design (King Lear), the 2005 Greater Baltimore Theater Award for Outstanding Costume Design (A Midsummer Night's Dream), and was named by Broadway World as a top artist of the 2007 Baltimore Theatre. Kriistian resides in catonsville, MD.

Lorraine is CSC's much heralded Box Office Manager. In addition, Lorraine is a talented actor/artist and has appeared on both sides of the stage for CSC. She has performed in our productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, Coriolanus, Love's Labor's Lost, The Front Page, Macbeth, The Tempest and The Comedy of Errors. She has also served as Costume Designer for Coriolanus and is always there to help with whatever task is at hand. Lorraine has also performed and designed costumes for a number of companies around the area including the Mobtown Players. Lorraine has led many a summer camp program for the Chesaapeake Shakespeare Company. Lorraine is a resident of Charm City, maryland.

Teresa Castracane holds an MFA from the Shakespeare Theatre Company's Academy for Classical Acting. She first worked with CSC to play Diana in Lope de Vega's Dog in The Manger. Other roles include Hermione in Winter's Tale for Baltimore Shakespeare Festival, Kate in Taming of the Shrew and Emilia in Othello for Philadelphia Shakespeare Festival, and Daisy Tittels in The Sex Habits of American Women for Signature Theatre. Teresa is also a portrait and theatrical photographer; her work can be seen at www.TeresaCastracane.com. She lives in Cheverly with her husband Patrick and new son Finn. |
Jamie is familiar to CSC audiences from his performances in Macbeth, Comedy of Errors, The Tempest, Henry V, As You Like It . and Coriolanus. Favorite roles include Felix in Incorruptible with Colonial Players and Lord Alfred Douglas in Gross Indecency with Dignity Players. Jamie teaches many of the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company's programs for school aged students. James is an artistic associate with CSC and a student at UMBC.
